Returnable's Warranty

Returnable warrants that your Returnable product (the "Product") will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Product arises (i) within the first 30 days of purchase and the Product is purchased directly from Returnable, then you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy; or (ii) otherwise during the Warranty Period, Returnable will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished Product; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to (a) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (b) where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; (c) where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile Product; or (d) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the products are limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty. All other express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of non infringement, are disclaimed.

The products and service are designed solely to help you locate your lost personal items such as keys, wallets and backpacks. We disclaim any liability resulting from any use of the service for any purpose other than their intended design.

To obtain remedies under this Warranty, you must contact Returnable to obtain return instructions, and return the defective Product to the address specified by Returnable. You shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to Returnable. By sending the Product, you agree to transfer ownership to Returnable. Returnable may not return the original Product to you. Returnable warrants that any repaired or replaced Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Returnable shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you. Any product returned to Returnable without a valid warranty claim may be rejected, returned at sender's cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in Returnable's sole discretion.
